What we collect

• Contact details you submit through the eligibility check or by email: name, company, work email, phone number, and anything you write in the message field.
• Customs entry data you upload after purchase, used solely to compute, validate, and generate your CAPE claim file.
• Basic site analytics, if enabled, in aggregate and without cross-site tracking.

What we never collect

• Your ACE portal credentials. We never log into ACE and never ask you for a login.
• Your bank details. CBP pays refunds directly to you; your money never moves through us.
• A power of attorney or any authority to act with CBP on your behalf.

How long we keep it

Entry data is encrypted in transit and at rest, used only to prepare your claim, and purged after your refund lands. Contact details are kept for support and recordkeeping. [Counsel: retention schedule and deletion-request procedure to confirm.]

Who we share it with

No sale of personal information, no sharing for advertising. Service providers used to operate the site and service (e.g., form processing, hosting, payment processing) process data on our instructions. [Counsel: enumerate processors and add applicable US state privacy disclosures.]
